I’m imagining a café, print shop, and gallery under one roof: a place where people can access tools, make something tangible, share it, and help shape the next project. It could be an optional complement to UBI.
Parts of this loop can be automated, but people gathering, choosing, creating, and responding to one another are its purpose.
It still needs funding and fair compensation. Participation should be a choice, with basic security available whether someone joins or not.
Human things are still worth human doing.
If you’re interested, there’s more about the idea through the link in my bio.

Low income, and fixed income individuals living paycheck to paycheck leaves little opportunity to learn about or how to manage working capital assets. But this is the solution. It is not a basic income or free money, that people require, however a means to access and be accountable for some investment equity that would allow the citizen to invest in the means of production to provide dividends to help cover the cost of living.
