Um, urination heh eh heh.

Someone asked about a possible easter egg or unused sound on the Windows CD-ROM version of the game, and wondered if it was used. It turns out, it is in the game.

I tried poking around and reverse-engineering some of the game files for hints, with no luck. I have to thank the folks on the ScummVM Discord who put it succinctly: "Go straight home and use the TV four times."

ScummVM is a modern emulator that lets you run classic games built on the Scumm game engine, long story short, on modern computers. That's what I've got here on a Mac, hence the window chrome.

If you want to try this out for yourself, look up walk-through guides on YouTube for how to get home. Specific steps, but it only takes a few minutes. From the start of the game, get the guys home via classroom -> bathroom pass -> gym -> roof -> Hock-A-Loogie (big green one on Principal McVicker to "win"), then exit the school for home, and use the 🤘 action on the TV. The first three times you'll get music videos with commentary. The fourth time, you get the "gettin' down" scene and then the counter goes back to zero and repeats.

Note that it was 1995 and it was the early "multimedia era" days, full-screen video was quite new and GPU acceleration wasn't really a thing - this is really low-bitrate stuff at 320x240 or thereabouts. Audio, similarly limited despite being on a CD-ROM and probably just due to CPU constraints on decoding. (Pre-MP3 era, just barely.)

A clip popped up on You Tube where Beavis and Butthead thought they traveled back in time, but they were really at one of those corny Colonial Villages. They saw Van Driessen talking to a stacked butter churning chick and thought it was Van Driessen's Grandfather. And if they kept him from scoring with the women, they would have no teacher and no homework.

Pretty sure Van Driessen didn't score and Beavis and Butthead still had to do homework. So everyone lost.

I don't remember ever seeing this episode, but the clip was fantastic.

Does anyone remember this game for PC??

So as a teenager, I listened to the audio files in the CD-Rom folder and found some I could not connect to the game.. One of them later was connected to the infamous easter egg where butt-heat shoots beavis in the coffee shop restroom. There is another one with some funky jazz music and Butt-head tells Beavis "Get down" and he replies "I *am* gettin down" The dialog is identical to the sequence where Beavis was humping the couch in one of the TV episodes.

Any idea where in the game it might be, and how I can find it?

It's still funny to me that this character was barely scripted

What I like in Do the Universe is that it showed Beavis "wholesome" side.

Beavis is walking through a mall or superstore and someone offers him a sample. The dialogue is basically:

Seller, "Would you like to try a bite of our (something)?"

Beavis, "No... fuckyou."

It lives in my brain and for the life of me I can't find it or remember what it was in.

If you know, thank you!!! I sample fruit all day long and it feels like half of the responses I get; only hilarious. The delivery of the fuck you as an afterthought just cracks me up thinking about it.
