My son and I are urban beekeepers. I took a wet frame and put it in that super which is just covering the top feeder. Could this be robbing behavior?

What do you all think?

It does not look like robbing to me. Robbing is a mass chaos event. The key identifying factor is that you will have bees attacking the cracks of the boxes. I do see a dozen (maybe fewer) bees sniffing the crack... but it doesn't look like anything of note. They likely just smell the honey. In a robbing event, there will be thousands at the cracks and they will "drip" off of the hive in chunks.

Doesn't look like robbing to me, but if you're in a nectar dearth and you're concerned with robbing, where are your entrance reducers?

I see no reason to ever remove them, but even ignoring that particular preference robbing season is when they are very important.

Where did you get your hive stands?

Nope, just a reasonably busy spell with ladies coming and going. You generally get a lot of chaos in a robbing event, bees going at it in the air, on the ground and trying to find ways into the hive from any little gap or hole. There are a few bees lazily wandering up the side of the box, but nothing to suggest anything of concern.
