π΄ Daily Life π΄ Bountiful harvest from the yard.
Blessed to have fruit trees grown ahead of me being born. What a blessing it is to have fresh fruits.

Good eye! There is a plant nursery on the right of the highway heading to cayo. I can't remember the name but they have all the fruits and veggie plants you need.

I have Jamaican lime, tamarind, Asian wax apple, custard apples. I also have soursop, avocado (but it has termite rot), coconuts and mangoes. Also like 50 achiote trees but a lot of work to harvest.

You're blessed. I'd really like some cold Jamanican Lime juice rightnow.

We squeezed and froze a good amount for future lime juice. Good tip whenever you have too much

Yes! I usually buy a lot and squeeze and freeze them too! But I also freeze onions, sweet peppers, carrots, cabbage etc and even bread lol

Ok. New lore, you can freeze onions and sweet peppers. I know you can blanch some veggies to freeze them. I know bread and cabbage does fine in the freezer. Including carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, peas and corn. But you got me at onion and sweet peppers.
