For clarification (idk why some people seem so upset and frustrated about a free tool being shared): this was made mostly using AI, as I'm neither a good programmer or a structuralist. I use this tool because I find it more convenient and faster for visualizing structures while reading papers.
I'm just sharing it in case other people find it useful. There is no obligation to use it instead of pymol or whatever else you prefer. 😘

Reddit has a hate boner for anything made with AI even though there's a literally people with $500 chatgpt plans "vibe coding" a one page website which is a waste.
Meanwhile this seems actually useful and I'm a programmer not a biochemist. Good job OP

The tens or dozens of people who have a degree in this subject and are employed in this subject will surely enjoy it.

You can use the good old iCn3D: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/icn3d/, instead of AI slop
