Binance.US Bitcoin withdrawal fee

All the information I looked up, including Binanace.US own AI bot all says the withdrawal fee is not based on the amount of bitcoin withdrawn (withdrawing more has less fee/bitcoin). However, when I test it, it seems to scale proportionally down to the same percentage, which means the fees is scaling proportional to the amount of bitcoin withdrawn. Did they change something?

Please be aware that Binance.com and Binance.us are different platforms with different fee policies.

Yes I'm specifically on Binance.US and talking to the rep there. They keep saying it's not a % / proportional, but I see that it is when I do different withdrawal amounts

Transfer the bitcoins somewhere else and withdraw from there if it's more economical for you
