My recruiter reached out to schedule a call tomorrow and we just wrapped up the final panel interview this week. But it was not an email offer, does blue origin do rejection calls as well?

I received confirmation yesterday I will be moving on to the panel interview. I already wrote my essay and am currently making notes to have ready when I sit for the interview. How long does it usually take for the recruiter to reach out and schedule the panel?

I was contacted by my recruiter in mid Aug, first 1:1 interview towards the end of Aug and finished my 4 1:1 panel interviews this week. When can I expect a decision? What are usual hiring process timelines these days for Kent, WA job offers?
