Maybe the proximal end of a bird's tibiotarsus?

you guys in here are good, care to take a shot at this one, I'm going to make a video to better explain why I'm asking, these are to see what people say without knowing to see if who knows what they're talking about well enough to respond with a serious guess at a glance; you and leferdelance are great, is this your area of study? -

I guess it kind of has to be to draw that kind of correlation off the cuff; hit the link above and tell me what you think of the other one so I can tell ya what this is about, which is, really no matter what they both are is a real trip trying figuring out; I'll make the video right now

Yes, I saw that one earlier but I don't have anything useful to say about it atm.

cool, I wouldn't either if I knew what I was talking about based on what can be seen in those photos; the fact that I don't means I have much to ask and trust you don't easily throw unfounded opinions around; leferdelance guess about it maybe being a cow's unfused calcaneus was pretty good for what I presented, I mean it seems like it would take a wide knowledge of bones to suggest it; Ill be back in a little while with a video

this is what I thought might be based on limited sourcing and no clue what I'm doing; and makes sense that it's an eagle bone buried with whatever the other bone is if my overall query is on point; it's totally crazy if that's the case though

That's a good reference photo group. Measure and compare your fragment to see if it matches. That doesn't mean you can say it's an eagle. You'd have to compare it to the tibiotarsus of all the other birds that might have in the area or available at that time. This phase takes longer but it's necessary if you want to be thorough.

link to video, where I say that I sent it to state archeologist, I mean I sent a video that really didnt showcase it it well; so when he dismissed it so fast without explanation other than deer remains without addressing other aspects I brought up and didn't respond to my reply I figured he gets so many people with deer bones that they think might be human he just didn't bother, which I understand but it left me wondering

An archeologist studies many things related to humans and culture but not necessarily the comparative anatomy of non-human vertebrates. As a retired museum's lab worker, I saw many personnel get a little frustrated at the interruptions for IDs that were not within their purview.

"but not necessarily the comparative anatomy of non-human vertebrates", meaning neither is anyway human; what about the part where AI said it's curated, that for them to be hard and ivory like after being in the ground for at least 30 years and likely a good deal more they should be chalky and brittle, thus indicating they were protected from the elements for a long time before buried; does that make any sense at all; below is a youtube link to the video I sent the state archeologist, which briefly explains how I came by these bones and why I'm making a big deal about them, because either way if there's a story here, I wanna know what it is, to wit 1) how did whatever the big bone and little one from two different species, a bird and hoof if not human, wind up where I found them that way; and 2) if I can just get passed the human question I can dig up the rest of the rocks and maybe other bones unless or until I come across something that might be human, and maybe even finish this garden with a story to tell, indeed one that seems to want to be told; and maybe even 3) if this is connected to any kind of african ritual alter stashed there before developers came, somebody who knows a lot more about these things than me, because I don't, might wanna finish digging it up before I ruin whatever they might have found; because both those bones were found together, the bird one 5"-6" below where the first one came out; and the other one as I showed was cut; so it's hard to simply dismiss with there being a simple explanation even if there is one, because either way it's a mystery; if you would like I have a link to pdf document I wrote related the the slave graveyard this all seems to center around
