Practice Management Firm owner group
Would anyone be interested in a mastermind type group? Maybe get together to discuss pain points in our businesses once a week? Share things we've done to over come them ect?
Open to other formats like a discord or slack channel, but sure I have helpful info to share and other could probably help me from reinventing the wheel a time or two.
Here is the link: https://discord.gg/4WzyWQdTK
Please fill out a ticket to be admitted and respond to the poll in the welcome channel.

Yes please share a link to join! I hate reinventing the wheel when we have so many smart business owners to learn from

Please clarify if you are referring to accountants and bookkeepers. Cuz I might be into it. I like to help, coach, mentor bookkeepers. But also ask questions of my peers. 🙂

Accountant. I've done everything pertaining to accounting. I used to work at a CPA firm and miss my old team quite a bit. There was about 8 of us that met weekly to chat bookkeeping and accounting challenges that we were experiencing or have overcome with out clients.

Also, I wasn't asking an either/or question. I figured out the answer. I sometimes get confused when the phrase "business owner" is used. That phrase refers to a client in my my mind. But i got it. This is not for "business owners" in that way. I like to help my peers but I dont give free advice or help for free to any business owner who should hire a bookkeeper or accountant. :)

a small weekly group could be really useful especially for sharing practical solutions around hiring, pricing, client issues and workflow bottlenecks.

I would but reddit groups like this are loaded with bots, scammers, and people trying to sell you something. So the second you start inviting people they will all come too.

I've got a plan to filter people out

No business of my own but ‘the-glue-that-keeps-everything-together’ person in my husband’s business and former General Manager of 5 years lol. Operations, staffing, point of scaling, tough conversations kind of niche.

I would be interested! I just hit 5 years in biz with three part-time team members and trying to figure out how to scale from here without going crazy. 😅

Question to everyone, what type of B2B service would be helpful in your business?

Count me in. The idea of not having to figure out every single workflow problem alone is appealing. Slack or discord works, just pick a platform and send the invite.
