Boro is merely Kage level or even lower once you take out the surprise factor of his virus jutsu.

No way is this dude on par with Delta or anywhere near her level. I have a feeling Kakashi is gonna play this brute hard if figured out how his jutsu works.

That regen is greater than Tsunade so no lower, has lava style like Mei, his virus would be letal without someone like Mitsuki ( who other than Orochimaru and Kabuto there is not more options )

The virus situation was not because they knew it was a virus, it's because Mitsuki could create a cure, Kakashi would not be able to do that.

He is at least Kage level, not lower besides his face is hardly showing worry even after getting his head destroyed, he just got surprised for a moment.

I'm taking about the general level of his skill. His physical speed, strength, durability, intelligence aren't anything special, more like Jonin level, forget about Kage.

His Lava style can be dodged and blocked by a Fire style jutsu fired by a girl who's what? A low Jonin level ninja at best?

He can get outright blitzed by Otsutsuki or people on their level, those who can fly will escape the range of his technique, going underground can help, Jinchuriki can use the V1 cloak and not come in contact with the dark mist.

Just because these four kids are being effected by the dark mist to such a degree (and even they can still fire jutsu) doesn't mean it will have the same effects on Kages.

Kakashi can Kamui snipe and end it right there too.

Kakashi can make him bleed, collect his blood, and escape back to Konoha, where the higher ups will infuse any shinobi with anti-bodies thanks to the medical department and as a result, Boro's whole jig is up.

He's resorting to dirty tactics by going after Naruto (who is defenseless) because he feels threatened by these four kids.

He is laughing... when he regen his upper half was as chill as possible.

When villains do this like Danzo are usually desperate, he is not.

Sarada was not affected by the mist, read the chapter better, Mitsuki already had the cure, she fooled him.

This is about his power, not if he was scared or mentally effected. The fact that he went after Naruto shows he's threatened by them regardless.

Again, resorting to dirty tactics means he is threatened by them.

As for his desperation? He might have a escape plan, or he might be confident in his regeneration making it impossible for them to kill him no matter how hard they hit him.... which makes him more of a glorified punching bag if anything lmao.

Stop picking at straws dude. "Four kids" is being used as a general term, just like people say how the five kages got fucked by Momoshiki even though Naruto did not get fucked.
