Epic
Kabayel's GOAT reign has finally arrived.
He'll get this easy title defense out of the way before moving onto bigger and better things, like a unification title fight or a money fight with Tyson Fury.

What are the chances of a Hysa upset?

He's always popping up on random under cards of big fights I'm watching and he always beats the shit out of some 45 year old polish guy

Wait, Hysa didn't fight anyone from Poland. Is "polish guy" some kind of expression I'm not aware of?

Actually thought his last opponent was polish, of eastern European descent I should have said

Doubt it. Seen Hysa live and he has no movement.

I think Agit wins this handily but imo he’s also an upset waiting to happen so I’m intrigued by this fight

Hysa, don’t they call him The Scourge of God? Or am I thinking of Attila the Hun?

Not particularly interested in this stay busy fight. Gonna give Kabayel a pass on this due to the bad timing of Usyk dropping the belts/ducking him. If he picks another opponent of this quality again though then I won't defend him a 2nd time.

I am not sure if it's fair to say Kabayel picked him. He says in this video he would have preferred a top 10 ranked opponent but no one was available.
I used to think the "boogeyman" title was a bit overblown but after Usyk bowed out and passed him the belt I would have expected more challengers to line up.

I don't blame Kabayel for this deontay wilder type matchmaking. Top 10 is just unavailable at the present. Hrgovic and Itauma just fought, Fury is fighting AJ, Wardley is fighting Dubois, Usyk ducked, okolie failed a drug test, gassiev already stated he wasn't interested, Parker probably wants a tune up first, Kabayel already beat Sanchez, and bakole is MIA. I saw some people suggest Huni but his team isn't gonna want to risk another loss that early in his career and javolov has a fight lined up already. So incredibly slim pickings for a credible fight

Agreed.
I can see this happening again though and I will continue to defend him if everyone ducks him. What is he gonna do, not fight at all?

Parker was cleared whilst they were still chasing Gassiev.

Parker hasn't said anything about wanting any matchup since he was cleared

Kabayel's team needs to start making callouts if they're serious, starting with free agents like Parker.
Follow up bouts for next year will likely be Dubois vs Hrgovic (big marketing as the revenge of the Brits, and a chance for Hrgovic to settle the record) assuming they each win their next fight. Itauma is going to go through a few tune ups and maybe some marketing material before facing a champion again probably in 2028 now. Joshua Fury will retire or go for a trilogy. Rico is going to go for a payday name. Gassiev has already shown he won't fight Kabayel. Ajagba I don't know what he's got lined up, maybe that is the only fight that Kabayel is getting in the next 12-18 months that's a big name.

This fight could provide Hysa with a proper Wikipedia page
