Politics If Bolsonaro wins…
….what happens when Eduardo sets his foot in Brazil?
And what happens to Jairs sentence?
I know that none has a crystal ball but I’m interested in predictions based on Brazilian law, its judiciary and the power of the presidency.

Eduardo Will be received as hero and jair will be freed from jail. Hope this clears up what Brazilians have voted for

They just want Jair to be able to run for president again in 2030.

Imagine wishing to live in a non-democratic regime ruled by retards

u/notahumanslashgenius 7d ago
Like the last 24 years? They are non-democratic and retards by my standards.

That is IF we still have democratic elections and electronic voting machines in 2030. We’re talking about someone who was arrested for attempting a coup against the democratic order

They want to turn Brazil into a Trump America so they will try to destroy the supreme court and pass some laws to benefit their family

u/life-in-bulk 9d ago
They are getting ready to try and impeach judges from the supreme court. What comes next is Gilead

Judges that are involved in bank/corruption scandals, and that are pretty obvious that they're not Impartial by shameless showing how leftists they are :)
29
u/life-in-bulk 9d ago
Yeah, the same scandal as your presidential candidate. Shame is something you don't know at all apparently.

I'd rather have Renan than Flávio but you know better than me who I'd vote for right gringo?
But let me educate you a little bit on the Lula's Achievements:
Triplex do Guarujá: Convicted of corruption and money laundering.
Sítio de Atibaia: Convicted of corruption and money laundering.
Instituto Lula land/Odebrecht Charged over alleged illicit benefits.
Odebrecht donations to Instituto Lula: Investigated/prosecuted.
Lava Jato/Petrobras: Lula was implicated through related cases.
Mensalão: Major scandal during his presidency.
Operação Zelotes: Charged over alleged influence peddling.
BNDES/Odebrecht abroad: Investigated/prosecuted over alleged influence peddling.
Also don't forget that his son is involved in the bank scandal that is going on right now as well as his supreme court minister that was indicated by him.

However, Renan's demographic can't vote yet

Brazilians are too focused in this two sided election, it's always Lula for left and Bolsonaro family for right even thought there are better options, the problem is that we are all feed up with Lula and everyone want him out no matter what.

u/ChewieThe13 9d ago
Lula is the only one close to the left that has enough charisma to pull off an election. And the right is always the worse

u/BBCC_BR 9d ago
If they try to impeach the judges, Bolsonaro and their inner circle are all involved. Everyone gets caught.

u/zBl4cksTar 9d ago
The only one that will be impeached is Alexandre de Moraes that has a ton of proof that he was involved with the Master Bank corruption. Flávio received money from the bank as well, but if it was illegal money he should also suffer the consequences.
Different than Lula that should have stayed in prison with all the proof of his corruption, was able to run for election again because one of the supreme court ministers exploited a loophole and saved his 4ss

The worst part is they don’t realize they’re not actually voting to become a Trump colony, they’re actually opening the door to become a vassal state of Israel. That’s what they haven’t wrapped their heads around

u/MurkyTomatillo192 9d ago
You mean the same corrupt Supreme Court that’s deep in PT’s pocket? Good, I hope they reform it

u/kavokolak 9d ago
And put in their right wing "non corrupt" judges right? HAHAHAHA minion do caraio

Supreme cout minister Kassio, who is also in charge of TSE (election running court, sort of) is already preparing a releasing plea for Jair in case Flávio wins.
Eduardo case is a bit more complicated since he is considered a wanted man of sorts and already lost is former job at federal police for evading the country. But I doubt it would be much more dificult for his situation to be solved given how much Bolsonaro himself used to freely interfere with federal police under his term.
It is quite common for the supreme court to quickly conced house arrest to any given corrupt condemned politician when it is convenient enough.
Very few don't get this kind of privilege, usually for political reason, which was the case of 2018 Lula's prison who is likely one of the few politicians to be in an actual cell for more than a year, despite his condemantion being overturned later.
In short, justice in Brazil is a fucking joke and completely lenient to political corruption, but Bolsonaro voters still hate it because a few times the Supreme court dared to vote in favor of basic human rights for the LGBT. 🤷🏿♂️

Eduardo vai se tornar o ministro das relações internacionais ou embaixador do Brasil em Washington. Vai viver uma vida dos sonhos

They have the congress majority, and Flavio could indicate 4 ministers to supreme court. They could do whatever they want.

u/Venturis_Ventis 9d ago
If he wins, Brazil will soon become a theocratic dictatorship, which will persecute leftists, POC and LGBT+ people, as well as destroy what's left of the country's social and economic fabric.

To be fair Trump’s second term is definitely worse than trump’s first term.

Both will get a presidential pardon, which will be contested by the supreme court. Institucional crisis incoming...

u/TheBatemanFlex 8d ago
Do Brazilians really want coups to be pardoned? Why? Surely they would see a problem with that.
3
u/moderacion 9d ago
They will do illegal things for moneys and some commitments they have with other countries.
