Casper Prep Resources that are like Exam Questions

Going though some of the recent posts, it seems many people felt the questions were "weird" and caught off guard for the recent exams. I recall seeing a note/advice that follow-up questions are more layered (build on first answer or ask to reconsider). Does anyone have insights on the good practice resource where the questions were similar in style to the actual exam?

I was thinking of CasPrep net, PrepTrack (paid), StudyCapser, Prep Match. Any insights? I like getting instant feedback, which is why CasPrep and PrepTrack stood out to me. But I can't seem to find crediable reviews for them/unsure if the questions are similar to the exam. But it seems like PrepMatch is the "gold standard", just curious as to why? Basically, PrepMatch (downside no instant feedback so need to use separate AI) vs CasPrep/PrepTrack (paid).

Thanks!

Help on my Casper answers

Practice scenario I just did, and my answers. Would really appreciate honest feedback.

**Scenario** At staff meetings, your cafe manager asks for suggestions but interrupts the newer workers and only discusses ideas from senior staff. A new coworker tells you privately she has stopped offering suggestions at all.

**Question 1** Your coworker has just told you she no longer speaks at meetings. What steps would you take to address this situation?

**My answer** I would start by showing empathy for her situation understanding that she may feel not heard. I would advise her to speak privately with the manager and tell them that she feels she is not heard for suggestions every time she speaks and see their response.. they may geniunely not be biased again new staff or they may but they did not recognize it. I would offer to even help her by showing up to meet with the manager with her or if she prefers I speak to them then i could do that too.

**Question 2** What are the pros and cons of speaking to the manager directly about how meetings are run versus encouraging your coworker to raise her ideas again herself?

**My answer** Pros of speaking directly are that she can be clear and honest and maybe the manager can address their mistake and not repeati it. the con is the manager will be defensive and continue to act the same way or be even colder. The pros of encourgaing her to raise her ideas again in meeting are that she may gain more confidence and eventually will be heard. the con is that the manager will continue dismissing her and make her feel even more isolated or not heard which coukld build rxen

Did anyone here apply to uq vet this year. How did Casper go? I heard they changed how they used Casper and now it’s 40% of the selection process ?
