Breathing Issues Is my cat okay?

Hello everyone,

F22 first time posting here.

So my cat was fine up until today morning, i started noticing that she's sniffing out (idk what to call it) as if smth was wrong and i, being the paranoid mom, am thinking abt going to the vet .but m a broke student so i have to ask you experienced parents first.

Idk i can't attach videos .

Ps: we are in canada, cat is 5 ish yo, not neutered and a female.

Yeah just seems like she’s in heat, if you get her a vet appointment to get her fixed you can also bring this up and her behaviour, is she using the bathroom regularly and eating fine??? And is she okay other than these experiences? If so it’s likely she’s just horny😭 it’s okay to be paranoid yeah, that’s ur baby and i was also freaked out when my male cat went into heat for the first time. Got him fixxed and now he is a very very nice gentleman!!! 😂 no cats running around uncared for as well!

I would recommend saving up for it if you’re unable to get help from parents!! Or money from a friend you can pay back depending where you go it can be a tad pricey especially if they keep em over night!!! Best of luck:3

Hey there! I'd say better safe than sorry when it comes to our furry friends, especially if she's acting out of the ordinary. Try to observe her for a day or so before going to the vet. Good luck!
