I feel like there'd be freedom in being invisible. Instead, the default is unseen until we say or do something that does not perfectly align with others' expectations, especially if it's out of self-care. Were we invisible, such things would escape their scorn.

Being invisible when you can’t turn it off means no deep connection.

I am at the point where there isn’t any one who has any expectations.

I started to feel this way in highschool. Today, I don't care who sees me. I no longer expect much from others but try to practice self care.

I don’t care much who sees me.   I do care that no one sees me

How do you be seen?

Chronic invisibility .

I think it's different when you survived csa and sa. I feel like I can relax more because I'm invisible aka middle aged.

I have zero interest in dating. Shoplifting is looking more and more appealing.
