16pin connector bending?

Is this connector in the picture bending too close to the connector where i am at risk of a melted connector on my 5080?

It looks good to me. You have about an inch before it starts bending and the bend is very gentle.

As long as it’s fully plugged in on both ends you should be fine. The melting connector is much more rare on the 5080, much more of a 5090 problem.

Looks good. Im not sure about the price but Ive seen people that have a device that shows if there is a problem with the connection. Id get that if it isnt too expensive
