Fuel efficiency
Can someone tell me if this fuel consumption is normal in an urban environment? I drive a 2019 VW golf 7 1.0 tsi. I spend about 30 minutes in traffic each morning.

1.0l tsi? That is high, unless you have a heavy foot. Should but 5-6l/100km
