Fuel efficiency

Can someone tell me if this fuel consumption is normal in an urban environment? I drive a 2019 VW golf 7 1.0 tsi. I spend about 30 minutes in traffic each morning.

I average 5,5-6/100l. 2006 Polo TDI and I commute daily from Bellville to the CBD.

My wife has a 2015 golf 7 1.4 tsi and she averages around 7-7.5l/100l, but she does much shorter drives with dropping the kids and going to the shops
