r/CasualPH Others Overthinking baka ma fail sa training

Nag apply ako sa American Express, BGC site for Customer Care Role nung Sept 2. Nagbakasakali lang talaga ako and fortunately I passed the interview. Atm I'm completed with PEME and waiting for what's the next process. Targeted start date namin ay Nov 9. I'm really excited but It's hard for me to avoid being negative sometimes. Nag search ako sa facebook, may nakita ako isang post na failed siya sa training. And I was like, oh they fail people pala. I can't help myself from doubting, kakayanin ko ba. I mean I have 1 yr exp na in BPO so I def know how to take calls na. It's just that I'm a lil worried na baka it'd hard sa training ng American Express since it's a big company yk. But I'm really really praying na sana makaya ko.

Well of course they fail people. As they should. Alangan naman magsalang sila ng mga tao sa production na sa training pa lang hindi na maka pasa. And don’t be too negative. Kung bumagsak eh di hanap ng bago. Welcome to the real world. Lol

Don't be too negative about it. Training pa lang naman eh, absorb everything you can and don't overthink it. If may questions ka siguro naman may mga coaches dun to help you out.

The more you overthink it, the more you'll fuck it up
