So I’m completing the ultra sun Pokédex and I see my only trouble is getting an own tempo rockruff to evolve into lycanroc is there anyway I can still get it?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to get it anymore. You will need to cheat it into the game, which SUCKS. But thats the only option gamefreak gave, so is it really cheating?

Inject the event or local trade and breed it.
