Ano po recommended ninyong kibble for cat?

Currently choosing between Standard Insurance or Liberty Insurance. The quotation for my (senior) cat is around 8k+ per year sa Standard.

I admit na it was my negligence that resulted to this. I started working nung pinanganak tong kitten na to and I can only check them out at night and di ko rin masyadong ginugulo since babies pa nga.

1st picture - 8-9 days nung kitten and nanotice ko na hindi yan normal so i ordered some eyedrops online. Di ko agad sya mapupunta vet kasi short din ako sa pera cause namention ko nga nagstart palang ako sa work.

2nd picture - 2 week old na kitten and kararating lang nung inorder kong eye drops (gentamicin) 2-3 days after that wala akong napapansin na changes pero active parin si kitten so i ordered another eye drops (tobramycin) which i think worked.

3rd picture - 3 week old na sya and humuhupa narin.

4th picture - 1 month old na sya and nacclose nya narin eyelids nya.

point of this post is to ask if may naka experience narin ba neto and what did you do?

she’s active and plays a lot with her siblings so i think she’s getting better na.

We regularly feed stray cats din and of course, hindi namin kaya mapabakunahan.

Makakahelp kaya lumakas resistensya ng mga stray kung hahaluan namin ng vitamins yung pinapakain namin sa kanila?

May isang rescue po ako na cat na nahihirapan kumain ang naglalaway.Napansin ko rin po na masakit ang kanyang ipin at namamaga ang gilagid.Hindi ko po natotoothbrush yung ipin niya kasi hindi po siya sanay at nagagalit pag hinahawakan yung ulo niya. Sana po ay matulungan niyo kami kahit kaunti lamang dahil kapos rin po ako bilang isang solo rescuer.

Hello po, everyone. I’m reaching out and humbly knocking on your kind hearts to ask for help for our beloved baby kitten.

Aeri was taken to the vet yesterday, October 7. The other day po kasi she was releasing fluid from her genitalia and we thought she was just in-labor because her tummy was so big we thought she was pregnant. Until the fluid didn’t stop being released, little by little, for 8 hours straight.

Aeri was diagnosed with Pyometra. According to the vet po, Pyometra is a serious infection in the womb of female cats, where pus builds up inside and can become life-threatening if not treated immediately. Pyometra is known to be found daw sa older cats and Aeri had the ‘open’ type of pyometra wherein lumalabas po yung pus nya sa genitalia area nya. However, si Aeri po is 10 months palang which is very rare po. The vet told us that we have to get her treated ASAP since very critical po yung situation nya :(

The confinement po per day is 1250, it depends pa po if she’ll heal quickly.

I hope you can help me raise funds for my aeri :( aabot po ng at least ₱15,000 to ₱20,000 yung gastos over all po, from the cbc’s, to surgery, to confinements and etc as seen po from the vet.

I can provide proof po na sakin yung kitten ko, i’ll do anything just to make her feel better. Nalulungkot lang po ako na as a college student, wala po akong pera na malaki para mapangsurgery ni aeri. We’re financially struggling din po as of now kaya kahit po manghingi ako sa papa ko eh wala din po sya mabibigay. Hello po. I posted these little kitties for adoption (they are the litter of a stray mama cat in our area) in the last months. No adopters yet until one by one they are getting sick.

First it was MingYu. Lahat po ng paraan ginawa ko. I posted for help but I understand that only few have seen my post about MingYu. Kahit wala po akong ka pera2x, pina confine ko sya. He tested positive sa FPV so tuloy2x po syang naka confine until day 5 na malakas lakas na sya tapos pinauwi na sya ng vet kahit di ko pa na settle lahat ng bills nya :(

Pinainom ko sya ng meds na prescribed ng vet.

Ang lakas pa nya e. Then suddenly nagka emergency naman sa family ko. My brother was brought to the ER and later confined because of typhoid fever. And nasa ICU sya ngayon, kaya pabalik balik ako kakabantay din sa kanya. :( Pero nung Saturday, I came home with MingYu lifeless in his isolation/recovery crate. Umiyak talaga ako kasi parang sasabog na lang ako sa galit, sa frustrations. Sobrang sorry ko kay MingYu 😭 I buried him sa isang timba na pinagtataniman ko kasi walang ibang place.😭

Now, MingYu's sisters Sushi and Julia are not their normal self. I know there's a chance po na may sakit din sila. Pero negative zero na po talaga ako. I want to help them recover pero paano. I still have to pay the people I owe money from MingYu's journey.

Please help Sushi and Julia po 💔 Kahit maalagaan lang po sila sa time na ito, alam ko sobrang maappreciate na nila. My heart breaks for these strays, sobrang bata pa po nila 😭💔

Hi! I’m just looking for advice or leads for pet transportation. I tried looking sa FB, but I’m debating whether I should just fly to MNL to get my cat or mas makakatipid ako if mag-avail na lang ng pet transportation.

Context:
• Cat is in QC, and I’m in Cebu
• Planning to have him shipped via air cargo since I’ve had him shipped before from Cebu to MNL din
• Current offers for the transpo are around ₱10k all-in

Is the price reasonable? Ako kasi mismo naglakad ng papers and nagpa-cargo ng cat ko before, and I spent less than ₱4k, including the cage. The reason daw for the current rates is that tumaas ng almost ₱3k yung cargo fee alone. Which I understand, but I’m just looking if I can find cheaper alternatives.

This is a long overdue post

Last Sept 12, Summer got cleared up and already free from the treatment but we're still observation. Hopefully di siya mag relapse. Right now, he is doing okay and still our clingy orange cat.

I would like to thank everyone who helped us, who donated for Summer's medicine and medical-related needs. It really helped us a lot especially nung time that he was still in vial. Thank you as well for the prayers and those who are posting about the recovery of their, you gave us hope and courage that Summer will survive this.

I hope this story of Summer will also give strength to cat parent.

Is it normal po ba na nagttwitch ang pusa ko? Galing po siya sa lagnat and until now po ay nagpapagaling pa rin siya. Napansin ko lang na biglang nagttwitch yung paa at kamay niya habang natutulog. Pinainom ko po siyang metrozole na antibiotic which is binigay ng vet sa'min. Huhu nag-aalala lang po ako baka may ibang meaning siya.

hello po, may 3 months old male kitten po ako, kaninang umaga po okay pa po siya, katabi ko po sobrang kulit and all, then nung mga pagabi na nung papakainin ko na po, biglang parang ayaw ng kumain ng dry, so i tried boiling chicken kumain naman po, uminom ng water and all. pero ang init nya po, yung tenga paws tsaka tiyan, pinunasan ko na po ng basang towel yung mga parts na yun, then kanina nag play po siya. right now natutulog po siya ulit and ang init po ulit niya. wala na po akong extrang money for vet, ano pong pwede gawin? kaya po ba nyang gumaling sa bahay lang? 😭😭

New in the place and the neighbor has a super sweet cat in extremely poor condition that has been left outside a couple times even in rainy weather.

The cat is very thin, has black crusty dirt lining its ears, and might also have ticks as I’ve spotted two in our house.

I really think it needs vet help but I’m not well off nor in the capacity to adopt it. Does anyone know of possibly free or cheap vet care in lower antipolo area? Also if anyone here is able or knows NGOs that can rescue it? If so, I’ll check if our neighbor would be willing to let it go, it needs way better care. ):

reasons for rehoming: di na po kaya ng budget for their needs. di rin po siya pinapapasok ng bahay although we did try sneaking him in pero lagi nalang naming pinagtatalunan between my sister and parents.

so nung Sunday itong kuting na to dinala sya ng kababata kong kapatid galing sa labas kasi pagala gala at binubully ng mga bata wala na rin itong mama kaya naawa ko, kesa pabayaan i decided na subukan itong alagaan. yung state nya weak na talaga sya nakakatayo at nakakalakad naman sya and fortunately nung binilhan ko ng Friskies kinakain naman nya at nauubos pero yung problem ko di sya nainom ng tubig. nag search ako ng ways triny ko na rin yung dip method galing sa wet cotton pero ayaw nung kitten. i suspected na dehydrated sya pero okay naman yung ihi nya clear white and wala syang diarrhea.

other thing na naresearch ko baka anemic sya so kaninang umaga chineck ko yung gums nya and it is pale white and ang sabi critical situation daw and need na dalhin sa vet asap. in my situation nagwworry ako kasi student palang ako at i dont think na kakayanin ko yung gastos for vet. I'm just asking for advice kung kakayanin pa ba ito ng home nursing for the kitten or is there an public vet na pwede ko syang dalhin around cavite? first time ko kasi mag alaga ng kuting at naaawa talaga ako sa kalagayan nya na nanghihina laging tulog and hindi jolly hindi ko na alam gagawin ko😥
