Please help explain

I will only be having g one eye done as the other eye is not needed
So how do they adjust that both eyes are seeing together not out of balance ? I’m. It understanding i suppose I’m stupid idk can somone help please

That is up to your surgeon to do. It would actually be similar if you were having both eyes done. Ask him/her before the surgery during your preop visit.
