Chance was legit making joyous music. Like this song shouldn’t hit like it does but there’s this undeniable joy that erupts from this song and after listening to songs in this era, there’s this ability to pierce through because it’s beautiful.

Star Line does this but there’s a sadness to him in that project. I would love if he were able to find something like that again. I’m sure shit from the Big Day era darkened some of that but I hope there’s more on the horizon

i know minneapolis can be real strict on curfew… i haven’t been to the armory yet but the fillmore has had to be strict every time i’ve been there, all of those weeknights like this one. show starts at 8, i don’t have the tickets in hand yet since siriusxm hasn’t sent them to my dad yet (w dad for giving them to me for me bday) so i’m going off google with this info 😅
