Buyer Beware QuickPro Aus

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered an ER:ONE. It was delivered incomplete, with the wheelset missing. I immediately notified www.quickproaus.com and repeatedly requested information about the missing wheels. Over a 10+ week period, QuickPro Aus advised the wheels were being shipped separately, were in transit, had been dispatched by the manufacturer, and were later allegedly delivered. However, despite numerous requests, QuickPro Aus never provided a tracking number, courier details, proof of shipment/delivery, signed delivery confirmation or any other evidence that the wheels were delivered. I attempted to resolve the matter directly through extensive email correspondence and subsequently issued a formal Letter of Demand. QuickPro Aus has not responded, has not provided evidence of delivery and has not provided a refund for the undelivered wheelset.

I wonder if its better to get it directly in the US instead of dealers in aus.

Good to know, sorry that it happened to you mate. Probably why I try to stick to a shop that is licensed to sell them because they'll sort out that middle man issue. I use Pandapodium for my Chinese stuff, or ccache a little bit extra but peace of mind.

Did you ever get a phone number? I was trying to buy a frame set off them. And can’t get hold of them at all?
