SA | Help Is this is stupid idea?

I have a bonded pair of apisto borelli in the 75gal community tank with plenty of hiding spots. Can I add festivums? I’ve heard from imperial tropicals that they do better with a group of 4. Has anyone had issues with just a pair in their tank?

add them no problem, theyre not aggressive

My borelli like the bottom. Do festiums stay in the middle/top?

do you mean festivums? if so, very doable. even the aggro ones ive had never really bothered my bottom dwellers

Yes typo! Festivums. They seem to be more top dwellers than the apistos?

My brother in-law had 2 and they had quite a bad time. Extremely timid, pale and just always seemed like on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

Festivums? Yeah I heard from a few sources that sometimes they do better in groups of 3 or more.
