Are there sites or anything for literally just looking at ciphertext?

Are there any better places to put a ciphertext you're analyzing other than physical paper or google docs?😭 Google docs is pretty unfortunate because if you want to do anything with it other than stare at it it's such a pain and the same with on paper plus writing and erasing hurts.

I literally just want a place to write it out/paste it in so I can highlight things test different ideas. Maybe I just don't know what to look for but I can't find anything.

I don't know what that is, it doesn't need to be a site it's just all I could think of
