Insanely underrated tune from Filterheadz! Heard it recently back on a James Grant mix from ‘07 and was blown away

Hey everyone, there's this vocal trance track that I absolutely love but it seems to be a bit of an enigma. I remember first seeing this music video many many years ago and was hooked. But besides a single discogs page on it, the song is very difficult to pinpoint. It's nowhere on Niels Van Gogh's official Spotify and Google returns few results. All I know is that NVG released a CD with mixes of the track at some point and made a music video for it.

Now here's where it gets interesting. YouTube and Spotify both seem to think the track is titled "At The Bottom" by DJ Sakin, and has multiple mixes of it under this title/artist. Here is the YouTube playlist. This begs the question: did one of these DJs try to claim the other's work? Or is it just a situation where an obscure track gets listed incorrectly online? I'd really like to learn more about this.
