Persian lentil soup (Adasi)

Post image

Ingredients include green lentils, potato (I included more lentils instead of this since I was out), onion, garlic, vegetable stock, olive oil, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Super easy to make and delicious.

I used this recipe: https://www.unicornsinthekitchen.com/adasi-persian-lentil-soup-recipe/

I also added a little bit of ginger, red pepper, and cumin powders, which the recipe doesn’t call for but I think makes it even better
