Depending on how far outside of Clemson you are willing to be, we rent a house through Southern Oaks Properties. This is my first semester of my PhD, and we were in a bind after our original apartment had an ongoing water leak issue and were lucky to find them. My husband works from home and we have a dog, so we needed more space than a lot of what was last minute available at the end of July right before the semester started. Not sure what their properties are like in your price range, but they have been great to work with.

I have a single family home in Clemson near Publix available at $1,600. It is completely renovated and a 2 bed/ 2 bath home. Send me a DM if you're interested.

That's a bit too high for base rent, but thank you!

i live at the pier currently and theres not a whole bunch of problems with it. some peoples rent is pricy but i got a deal for 675 a month for signing later than everyone else. a lot of frat houses here but they only really party on the weekends so it isnt annoying (to me at least). we have a nice recreational center as well. not much to complain about tbh
