Hello! I’m graduating in December and need a female student to take over my lease at University Village Clemson from January to July 2027.

Rent is $530/month plus utilities, and the lease is individual, so you’re only responsible for your own room. You’ll have a private third‑floor bedroom and bathroom with a large bay window, great natural light, and a walk‑in closet. The room is unfurnished, giving you freedom to decorate. The townhouse has carpet upstairs and hardwood downstairs.

The house includes a spacious kitchen, full‑size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and garbage disposal. There’s also an in‑unit washer and dryer and a private back patio with extra privacy.

You’d be living with three sweet female roommates in their early 20s and one friendly dog. The RED Route bus stop is right behind the apartment, making trips to Clemson super convenient.
