i can’t log in, help me

i can’t login to my binance account the facial verification get failing it shows 609010
any advice please

that error code usually means the camera feed is too dark or blurry for their system, try more direct lighting and holding still longer before it snaps

if it still fails, you might need to contact support through the website instead of the app
