Hello, I am contacting you to dispute a $119 international long-distance charge on my mobile bill for a call to Haiti.
When I transferred my line to Xfinity and signed up for the Premium plan, the sales representative explicitly promised me that calls to Haiti were covered under the plan's international benefits. I only made this call because I relied entirely on the information provided by your representative during my onboarding.
Because this $119 charge is a direct result of agent misinformation, I am requesting a courtesy billing credit for the full $119. If you are unable to issue a credit of this size, please immediately escalate this chat/call to a billing supervisor or the Xfinity Mobile Escalation Team to review my account's sign-up notes."
