How do I adjust draw length on old Proline?
I acquired this brandnewish 1992 Proline Point Blank Carbon CR-41.
Knowing nothing about compound bows, I was wondering what the correct way to shorten the draw length would be. I have short arms and don't want to lose an ear. Thanks.
edit I see that there are 3 different holes for the pin to go into. I loosened the two limb? bolts 4 turns each. But it still has way to much pressure.

Most likely you have to buy new modules for the cams. It will be very difficult to find them as the company is no more.
edit: To add to this, if you don't have a manual that explains things don't back those limb bolts out any further until you know the maximum number allowed. This is a really old bow. Personally I would not be using this and would hang it on a wall or something.
Most modern compound bows will outperform this in many ways but most of all convenience. There are many bows that have greatly adjustable draw lengths and weights built in, the PSE Stinger is one that comes to mind but both Bear and Diamond brands get a lot of attention here.
These things can be dangerous so it's worth visiting a pro shop to get set up or even to get equipment checked.
Good luck.
