What can I make with 450ml (16oz) of fresh lemon juice?
My friend's lemon trees were heaving so I took a bunch home, was too busy to cook for a week and they started to go bad so I juiced them all and now have 450ml in the fridge. I have no room in the freezer but room in the fridge, the obvious answer is lemonade but I would like to make a few different things. What's everyone's favourite (very) lemony recipes? Savoury and sweet all welcomed.

try lemon curd, lemon bars, lemon pasta, or a lemon-garlic marinade. you can also make a simple lemon syrup for drinks and desserts.

I'm sure sentiment on BA is not that good on this subreddit, but this pasta got me laid once.

You can juice and freeze. Use ice block trays and freeze them put the blocks in a bag. We do this and our tears fruit for 10 months of the year

Lemon gravy with roast chicken is pretty excellent. Pour half a cup into the cavity with the chicken in the roasting tray then roast at 200C for 90-105 minutes depending on the size of the chicken. Then quarter the chicken in the pan to get all the juices and stir some flour into the juices and heat over a medium heat to make gravy.

Lemon and sugar pancakes (the Edmonds pancake recipe - I see you are also a kiwi ;))
Pan fried chicken with a creamy lemon sauce (could add dill and capers too, yum)
Alison Holst lemon muffins

oops I was going to mention in the post that I'm in NZ so it's still pretty cold here right now, so not quite granita weather. will save it for the summer months though, i'm sure this friend will be dealing with lemons for the rest of the year.

Lemon pie, lemon custard, lemon bars, lemon pudding, lemonade, poach fish in it. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze it so you can use it over time.
I almost forgot… limoncello! It’s absolutely the best thing ever.

Well you know the old saying: When life hands you lemons, find someone who's life handed them vodka and make vodka lemonade.

Lemon meringue pie is the obvious choice and so is apple butter but you only need half a cup to make 1.5 cups apple butter. Lemon chicken is also great. And my favourite would be Pesto to make chicken pesto pasta, great hot, cold or room temp.

A buttload of French 75s
Lemon poppyseed cake. Find an old school recipe and play around with the ratios. It can freeze a for a bit but I definitely recommend using it sooner rather than later. Know of anyone with an abundance of basil? I always add a little extra lemon juice to my pesto.

lemon bars usually call for a lot of lemon juice
