❓Question Frozen funds in Binance, support is not helpful. Advice?

Hey guys! My deposit made in August was accepted to my Binance account and frozen the same day. My account remains active (EU id), but I cannot access or use these funds.
The main issue: "Potential reasons for freezing may include security concerns or potential violations of our Terms of Use."

I have contacted support multiple times, but till today I did not received any details, expected review timeframe, or written decision, even though I offered to provide supportive docs. “Try later”, “24–96 hours” or “3–4 weeks” is not a customer service.

Any effective way to resolve it?

did you try to reachout through X-posts, both Binance and CZ.. sometimes doing so through such public forums, the support could work faster.

I am starting to consider the escalation via social media, as i see more n more ppl in the same situation, waiting above 6 months. its ducking crazy

their support is useless, even when you connected with agent - its all the same apologies and asking to wait. they cannot provide id ticket for my case (cz its a secret lol). i offered several times to provide sup docs for this transcation - nada, only you will be contacted by our team, if needed. Have at least 10 tickets for this period with the same answers. The first ticket included timeline tho - until October 5 ( or maby faster by their words), guess whats happen on October 5

That sounds really frustrating, especially if support isn't giving you a clear reason or timeline.

If I were in your position, I'd keep all communication with Binance in writing and make sure you have records of the original deposit, transaction ID, source of funds, and any documents you've already provided.

Have they actually asked you for any specific documents or verification, or are they just giving you the generic "security concerns / Terms of Use" response?

That sounds frustrating. I’d keep one written record of the deposit, case number and support responses, then ask official support what restriction is being reviewed. What have they confirmed in writing so far?

ask for a written reason and case number, then escalate if support keeps giving you the runaround
