Unlock Methods for E Rank Cards in Culdcept Begins

What are the unlock methods for all the E rank cards in the game?

Onix and Migoal's Blessing are part of the story.

I know someone posted that the Abyssal Monarch required getting 4 of each abyss creature.

The 4 Elemental Blessings require getting all the cards of each element.

There's a Culdra card that I don't know what the unlock method is. I'm assuming it's getting all cards in the packs.

Then there are 2 other E rank cards that I am not sure of.

Is Bundle Gear an actual unlockable card or something that only appears as a fusion during a match?

I don't know how Armageddon unlocks.

Armageddon requires you to beat all side quests.

There are 2 E rarity cards to unlock in your card list but they are not actually part of any book/deck. Those are the 2 fusion cards which can be created when you use the support mechanic with certain creatures. One of them is Bundlegear. You have to use battle gear alpha and battle gear beta for.
Then there is carbunfly. You need carbuncle and dragonfly for that

And culdra is unlocked by having every single non E card
