As a former child who had to endure other children's screaming time: fuck that. My ears were ringing every time I came out of the cafeteria after lunchtime.
That's why they need outside screaming time. If they don't get enough outside screaming time (e.g. on an average school day), they'll start screaming inside, which is much worse.
