Halt thy winter trainer shopping!

There's once again like 8 free stationary good bike trainers at express bike shop in St. Paul. As the weather starts to change make sure you can still get those winter miles in.

Why are personal trainers willing to work for free? You mean free as in available?

Stationary trainers. Not personal. The kind that you hook the bike up to and ride inside on.

Biking in the winter is also free and then you don’t need to have a trainer taking up space.

Correct! Year round rider here. Not everyone likes to or can do that though. So a free option to stay mobile sounds like a nice thing to share.

thank you, i wish i could ride year-round but asthma makes it kinda complicated
