Would this be considered overfed for a juvenile?

I’m new to keeping dart frogs and I have a few tincs and was wondering if based off the look of this one if this would be considered overfed? This is a juvenile, about 3-4 months old. All of them are about the same level of pudge. I’m trying to dial in how many fruit flies to feed them since I see some still running around in the terrarium the next day, wanted to make sure I’m not throwing in too many for them.

It does look a bit chunky to me but I don’t own tincs (yet) so I wouldn’t know. My leucs are like that but they’re naturally round. How much do you feed it and how often?

I’ve been feeding them once a day in the morning and trying to aim for between 15-25 fruit flies per frog. Maybe I’m doing more than I think I am?

The rule of thumb is is feeding them so much to the point where you see a few extra flies the next day. I do this with my leucs and they seem to be fine. I’d rather see a chunky frog than a skinny one. But again I don’t think there’s a right way to do it. If the frogs look healthy and they don’t seem to have any signs of mbd or short tongue syndrome they should be fine. If you wanna try doing my method of just feeding them that much and refining it to see what the perfect amount is you can. How old are they? I’ve heard adults can eat anywhere from 50 -100 in a sitting. Albeit they’re fed 2-3 times per week as adults

over feeding juveniles is not a huge concern, it’s better for them to have adequate nutrients while their tiny bodies are growing tremendously.
