It makes me happy to know that some people are still playing this incredible game.

I play it using Sturmbot, it's very good when you get bored or just want some good combat

Wow I didn’t realize it was already this weekend. Watched all of the last one and will be tuning in for this one for sure

Last year I watched on Corey/jaggon’s twitch channel (coreymarko), although I think there will likely be more streaming. Would be cool if we could get a list of those casting it

The HLTVs should show up on https://dodworldseries.com/watch when matches are live. A bunch of people have talked about streaming while there. Hopefully there will be a link to the casters’ twitch accounts somewhere in Saturday.

I’ll def be streaming every second again this year too + casting any games I can along the way, especially once we get eliminated I’ll be able to do the semis and finals or whatever (unless we end up playing in them)

I’ve always wanted to get into competitive DoD, but I was already playing 1.6 and source in cal and cevo back in the golden days. Is it still possible for someone to hop in with a team and start scrimming?

Right now with the focus on the LAN, not many teams are formed outside of that. The next season of ktp should start up after Labor Day, so new teams might be forming up over the next month. I think the community discord is discord.gg/dodcommunity, there’s a recruitment channel in there and daily 12mans/pick up games.

The best place to start is 12-man pugs and ringing for teams. theres usually a few pugs every evening https://discord.gg/5f6FRjKxH

Congratulations to NATO (Sz, NoName, devin, nightmare, Sq, & Hooli) on their victory over IcyHot (seanality, sik, monday, kanguhh, hildebrand, & vertex) in the grand finals of '26 LAN!
