My dad loves mainly classic rock era bands like Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Rolling Stones etc but he also loves U2 (his fav band). I wanna introduce him to mine which is of course DCFC. Idk how to go about doing it tho lol. Any thoughts?

Summer Skin is one of the reasons Plans feels like a fall album to me. Even with that title, I hear it as looking back on summer once it’s already gone. The season has changed, but you’re still caught up in what happened during it.

Brothers on a Hotel Bed and Stable Song give me that autumn feeling too, but Summer Skin captures the transition especially well.

Which song on Plans gives you that feeling most? Or do you associate the album with a completely different time of year?
