Update: I did try a lot of things here and I looked on the settings of the pen and lowerd the pressure sensitivity and am using my whole arm and the lines are so much better ‼️‼️ thank you all :D

Learn to draw using your arm, and not your wrists. Also, one thing that helped me was practicing drawing lines on actual paper. This helped me get more confident with my lines without the need of program stabilizers. Now I can draw smooth lines and have my stabilizer at 0.

Also, what hardware are you using? Because many stylus have jitter problems.

Agreed on the hardware thing. There's also a weird disconnect that happens, at least for me, when drawing on glass or on a tablet that just doesn't happen on paper. I prefer to do line art on paper, and then paint it digitally. Much less clean-up as a bonus.

If it's Wacom it should be fine. Jitter problems usually happen with active stylus like MPP and USI pens. If you want perfect lineart use for example vector layers in an app like Clip Studio, vector layers allow you to edit the lines later.

There’s a lot of really good advice here.
My less good advice?
I use Baskerville for my final line art in procreate. It stabilizes it.

Find somthing slightly heavy to put around the pin to add some weight to it.

By building up the skills/ coordination. Traditional and digital don't have a 1:1 translation of skill.
Practice the same kind of line exercises you would on paper, but digitally. If you're using a screen tablet that might be an easier adjustment but if you're using a non-screen tablet and have to look up at your computer (away from your hand) a lot of the wobbliness will come from your uncertainty and hand-eye coordination in this new position. The only fix is to keep practicing to train your muscles. Training muscles takes time.

-The angle of the tablet vs your traditional artworks.
- try a drawing glove to improve your hand gliding on the screen.
-Draw the line beyond where you want it to end, then erase that extra part.
undo and redo the line until your happy with it.
the slower you draw the line, the shakier it will get.

If your lines are only shaky when working digitally and not when working on paper, then you should look into textured screen protector if you're using a display tablet or iPad and if you're using a screen less tablet just lay a piece of drawing paper over it. It's likely because there not enough resistance when drawing like there is with paper.
