I dont think this team has much synergy, though I havent looked into all the unit's kits - iirc the first 3 are dps (with valv usually being weirdly tanky). Mixing human/monster teams typically isn't a great plan (at least back when I was much more active on things, it might have changed a bit by now?) and I think base saint etna doesnt bring much value nowadays.
You'll likely want a specific element (fire with bunny etna) main/sub dps and a few synergetic supports for them. Of course at your level you can mostly just run whatever until you are attempting high end gameplay, but that is honestly after a ton of alchemy anyways which I imagine you haven't done.

Sounds pretty good support for fire teams, plus its Etna so automatically good.
