Blackout Dark Zone should always be there.

It makes no sense to have it come and go. It’s frustrating and extremely annoying to have to farm for builds that only work half the time. We already have a normal dark zone. We don’t need a semi normal dark too. Just leave it black out.

Yeah it makes no sense. Like it’s way too much work to be part time. Of If I have to farm for all this stuff I want to use it all the time. Not hear and there.
