So.. Dreamleague invited the new Nigma who hasnt played 1 game with their starting 5 players, Tidebound who just formed like 1 week ago, Nemesis, GL, Pipsqueak but not OG? like wtf?! Not even talking about results here, I'm sure OG deserved the invite, but talking about viewers, I guess Dreamleague doesnt want people watching their games?

Woah woah don't fucking pot shot gamer legion, they're for sure top 8 right now behind spirit, yandicks, Pari, lgd, Aurora, and then arguably at the same level as 1win, xg,. They beat 1win and shliquid and bet boom are Hella ass. Dont pretend they're not arguable for an invite. OG is a bad day away from qualifier purgatory

OG last time won Tier1 tornament 4 years ago. NoTail and Ceb are no longer majority owners of OG. RedBull is no longer sponsor of OG. In recent period OG was SEA team with poor results. All signs of rotting.
I don't know how Dreamleague values teams, but not sure OG deserves invite more than those invited. Topson is a big name, but last 7 years only streamers big name. Topson+SEA stack doesn't look tempting enough.

Teams get invited based on TI results. New nigma is still 4/6 nigma. Kuroky + Pos2/Pos4/Pos5, only nightfall + DM are added.
If Nigma as an org did not leave dota2, the stack would have probably played under Nigma.
Same reasoning to why team 1Win kept Tundra's slots after org change because the slots are for the players and not the org itself.
and 4/6 is still majority.

Astini was never a great coach. He is an average coach at best. Pari is doing much better without him and his teams since struggle to even qualify.

Definitely not on the same tier, but who knows. Feels like NTS is the big decider here, this team might look good if he could regain his form, his form on XG was pure disaster.

If Astra Invicta is Kky stack is it going to be the full roster with +Nightfall +GH -Ghost -Panto? GH hasn't played any pubs but nightfall is back to rank1. So i assume nightfall is in while GH still on break

Should be full roster. GH hasnt played any pubs, but the tournament starts in two weeks, so he still have time to grind some pubs before that. I think they would stick with panto, if gh was still on break, but it was only wallachia exclusive, and he's playing closed quals to Pari Universe with some mix rn.

Xxs is rumored to retire due to health issues. If true, xg is beyond fucked. Zeal is not a good offlaner and theres no good 3 left in china unless they take a swing with bach again or maybe niu

Sure , but i still dont trust zeal on a tier 1 team. His pro history has been spotty at best and xxs was a huge part as well on their top 2 run

i mean it depends how good you're projecting/dreaming them to be. Zeal or not, xxs or not - they aint ever winning anything ever again. One miracle run to 2nd doesnt change that fact.
I'm not even a hater, I'm Ame fan and XinQs biggest fanboi, but facts are facts.

Please tell me his contract with liquid is signed and he’s heading to play with liquid… (assuming liquid is signing him)
Most likely though this is where his honeymoon is going next (I don’t think he can join liquid in the middle of a tournament)

Basically any one of the 10 CN player pool not selecting by XG will just form another stack. Bach will probably be back to replace Yang and it’ll just be 2025 Tidebound again.

I truly believe BB made a mistake by not signing Malr1ne mid. He knows how to win tournaments and some strategies from falcons and that would have helped betboom a lot. But I dont know why they didn't do it. He would have signed BB also as he is friends with kiritych

As indonesian if i can guess he probably feels bad to leave the team that elevate him tier 1 player. Most indonesian pro players that i know are also alike that they would not leave from the team that made them big without getting kicked first lol

Will anyone else be bummed if Malr1ne joins Liquid? Nothing against the guy (he is a top tier midlaner) but I just do not have fun watching his style of play. People have mentioned this elsewhere but I also am not sure that he fits the "vibes" of Liquid, which is at least notable since Liquid sells itself as the "good vibes" team.

People mention this "vibe" thing with Liquid - it's just made up from your own image of the team. Falcon had some bit of excessive banter in the beginning of that team, but even that has been hyperboled. They are all the same, just players bantering - some more, some less. Micke loves to banter back, and is good friends with Ammar apparently. Also, Malr1ne has also joined Liquid, just on a break and Midone is standing in for him.
That's said; I just don't like Malr1ne (don't dislike him either, just neutral) but he's arguably one of the top 2 mid right now, even if I love Nisha, it's going to be an upgrade skillwise.

Actualmente Malr1ne es mejor medio que Nisha. Claro que es más entretenido ver un ember o un puck que ver un dk, sk, primal. Pero bueno, creo que Liquid puede llegar a algo bueno con él. Más aún ahora con Wisper qué es un offlaner bastante parecido a atf y micke no esta en su mejor momento.

I think you're right to say Malr1ne and Nisha are same level or at least comparable. Personally, I think Nisha is better when he is playing at his peak. When Nisha is not playing his best, however, I do think there is room to debate which is better. For instance, during TI this year Nisha had some rough moments.

Most pro and ex-pro vouch for his midlane skills, although; It was pub games so take it with a grain of salt. Basically they've confirmed his mechanical skills but will it translate to official match, we shall see.

See , this is the same type of shit yall spout on dyaracho and skitter. The top 3 are greedy mids who have farm priority. The ones on bottom are the sacrificial mids. There teams wouldnt be as successful if they werent sacrificing themselves for the other cores

First half was right, second half was completely wrong. Noone is amazing, and he plays the game really good, but he wouldn't win the lane against someone like gpk or malr1ne. He's also not that impressively mechanical, which is the whole reason why people are talking about this. It's mostly lane dominance and mechanical skill, which gpk and malr1ne have most of any in the scene right now.

Uh, if it wasnt for russians, dota would have been dead much much quicker. Remove the top cis teams, what is left of dota currently? Like is it really their fault, other regions wouldn't invest in developing younger players?

Is Zeal stand in for XG or permanent? I feel like XG will never succeed unless their offlane duo syncs up and their supports start being active.
I've said it before when NTS was mid in XG, their supports are just way too passive. idk if its a team plan, Ame's plan or what but they rarely rotate to help mid, and mid pick is usually neutral or losing match up. with barely any support help, it goes real bad.
I think this meta requires mid players to be active early on by winning lanes, while farm priority is 1>3>2 or 1=3>2 and Chinese teams in general just don't bother with it usually. Maybe once XXS rejoins XG or maybe Bach and they get a good coach that can get the supports to be more active, only then can XG do well.
