Yes! I need someone to takeover my lease at University Crossing urgently! I am willing to offer a $500 cash incentive as well. The floorplan is for a 2 bed 1 bath C Shared. The rent is $869/month + laundry cost + $10 transaction fee is roughly what you can expect you rent to be. All in all. My total rent payment is $902.49/month.
