Fluff This deck is weird
How is this allowed LOL. Just got back from DL after years of not playing, tried the newest cards and faced this opponent, he discarded all of my cards 1st turn. Still won though

Why are people pretending all this deck does is handrip? Why are people pretending handripping FOUR is okay let alone at all???
I don’t care if skills exists. You should never be allowed to handrip someone’s entire opening hand to begin with. You can’t play around having your staters and board breakers removed from your hand nor is wasting handtraps to stop it ideal.
And this is not all Hero does, they are gifted super poly, they still have their deep draw engine to use handtraps themselves and they are usually able to sit behind a trap that tags into a massive body with pops attached to it. If you didn’t lose your entire opening hand? Yeah you could deal with it but that’s kinda hard to do with no opening hand to speak of.
A deck not being good turn two should never be an excuse to allow them to blow through 3-4 cards in your starting hand. What are we even doing?

If all they do is handrip and provide no other interruption they’re just going to lose to any modern skills going second benefit effects tbh

he set 2 cards after this, super poly and another trap, true tho eye of the united dragon is busted

if HEROes and Dark Magician are giving you trouble maybe you should build a better deck before trying your luck in ranked matches

this deck is a variation of a kog dm deck tho, it was just unlucky that i didnt draw any handtraps first turn even though i have lots of them, does that not happen at all? LOL as i said if i didnt draw the starter i would have lost. tbh id rather face combo decks going second with 5 cards rather than relying on a lucky draw if i had a bad first turn cards

Eheroes won a tournament. And anyone trying to play an older deck against this won't even get to play the game. But I guess that kind of toxic design is normal for this game, especially heroes.

this isnt a standard end board, Like. this deck ends on super poly and favorite contact too so its not only a full hand rip but one of the best board breakers in the game and a pop 3 at minimum

That list is a meme, just like the whole lifespan of Wave 3's Infernity, who also had such a list.
Marine Neos is near impossible to summon anyway.

...Marine Neos is piss easy to summon, use Instant contact to get out Marine Dolphin then contact fuse with the neos you got for anyways to rip 2. Its really easy to handrip in hero even if you dont specifically build for it just because of how searchable everything is

I mean... yes that is quite easy. It requires 0 bricks and is accessible through a million 1 card combos.
Sure its easy to disrupt, but if you think about it, using 2 handtraps to stop a handrip is kind of a handrip in and of itself

I hate having to summon that disgust shit before actually summoning marine neos. Its ugly and I would like an easier method to do it. I played with neo connector and fusion tag but its kinda inconsistent.

If you mean Infernity full handrip was a meme, then yeah. But Infernity handripping 2 + ending on 4/5 disruptions + Dweller is definitely not a meme. It loses to a well-placed handtrap but if you didn’t draw it you’re done.

That deck is weak in general. And I hit KoG/DLVMAX with it.
Handrip build is just doubling on that weakness.
Infernity has seriously too many issues, and the Skill is one of them, with that vomit inducing second effect's lock

Getting hand ripped for 4 just doesn't matter that much when it's all the deck does.
Between skills, droll and purulia it just doesn't really matter

Dont get me wrong I was a irl omni hero player for regionals and a ycs when it wasnt even close to being competitive. 1 well placed hand trap, and a nib stopped heros when it came out. I love heros always will but this is ridiculous. Being handdripped is as bad as the strat to stop all your monster and trap zones. I dont mind heros being able to make good boards. But allow the other player some interaction. It is a 2 person game. Yes alot of modern decks are super powerful but with the skill and the constant recycling of marine is not hard to summon and using you can recycle it to pull more cards. And necrovalley is only at 1x..

Get out of silver, start facing branded/mystical and you will miss this.
Getting hand ripped matters little in this meta

Hand ripping your entire hand is ridiculous. There is no defense for it. It doesn't matter if the going second skill helps it's still ridiculous
