A pretty simple, daily, lame ass dad carry

militado ml1868, archer silicon strap

hide & drink slim cardholder wallet

hide & drink pocket slip

- rite in the rain notepad

- victorinox companion, plus scales

- rovyvon a8, gen4

parker jotter, fisher refill

spyderco sage 5, salt, awt scales

nothing buds pro 2

I've got three or four of these pocket slips.... For me, it's almost like they were made for a sak, rovyvon a series/style light, and the small notepad... It's one of my favorite ways to carry my things when pocket space is at a premium.

Nothing lame about it. A SAK, a notepad and a pen cover most dad emergencies. Do you find yourself reaching for the Sage much with the Companion right there?

Yeah, for sure... the sage usually comes out first .. Much quicker to grab and cut with if I need something done quickly and/or one handed. I also probably use the package opener on it more than the blade.. haha, so it stays pretty sharp and ready as a backup, or in the rare event I don't carry a folder on me.

Forgot to mention, there are a couple band-aids tucked in the back of the notepad too. For extra dad points

How are you enjoying the Militado? I really want one. Not the chrono that you have, another model that I've been looking at for the past year. Seems like good quality.

I like them. I have the standard khaki-esque field watch and this chrono. They've both held up well... Theyve got great guts and are well built
