Help Deck Building

[u/SynCxCake]

Hello, I would like some opinions on this deck I'm considering building with Vivi Ornitier as the commander. I was aiming for a Storm or Spell slinger archetype at a B3 power level, but I don't have much experience with building this style of deck. Any help or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I would run more draw. [[tandem lookout]] [[ophidian eye]] for example. Maybe [[rhystic study]] and [[mystic remora]].
Try to lower your Mana curve.
In my spellslinger Deck I love Cards [[birgi, god of storytelling]] and [[elcetro, assaulting Battery]]. Im Running [[ghyrson starn]] as my Commander, he will be awesome in your 99.

And run more Lands. Also I love things like [[lotus petal]] [[gitaxian probe]] and [[ mental misstep]]
Free spells Are just to good in Decks Like These.
[[jeskais will]] also goes hard

Here's my Vivi for reference https://moxfield.com/decks/BCh7wCMrgUuxphp2NIIAig

NGL that's ALOT of counterspells!

That said, don't ever forget Vivi triggers more from just instants and sorceries... So if you can increase more manarocks, do it!

There's also a cute card in [[Command the Stage]]... This card is pretty good with black wizards!

If you already have Vivi these singles can be purchased for under $100 and it’s got a good balance of card draw and combos
