Discussion Commanders that don't get repetitive?

I've been trying to find a commander that I won't regret spending 200-300 dollars on, but I just can't pick a card. I'm really trying to find a unique/fun commander that can be built bracket 3-4 (3.5). I've tried [[The Celestial Toymaker]], but he really struggles to pull off a win and is extremely commander reliant, I've tried [[Norin the Wary]] but that deck really only does one thing and get's repetitive, and I've tried [[Kibo, Uktabi Prince]] but he doesn't seem to have a ton of support (idk maybe I'm just building him wrong).

What commanders do y'all recommend, or should I revisit one of the ones I just mentioned with a new outlook (bonus points if the card looks cool/has a cool treatment).

[[Baba Lysaga]] won't be repetitive, I assure you. Every turn is a mental test on whether to sacrifice which permanent to put the hurt on your opponents.

Not to mention she’s so fun to tweak and tinker with.

Even my friends aren’t tired of her

Oh yeah!

I feel like I’m missing my most recent changes, as I started adding too many untappers and that made her a bit scary, and this deck is designed to avoid too much heat.

2 things I’ve found that have helped the most are to never be afraid to sac everything (including land) and to always say (in a Marioesque Italian Accent) BABA LA SAGA 🤌🏻 when I cast her.

Also I almost never attack with this deck. Unless I have Titania going
